In principle, we could deliver worldwide, but there are some exceptions (Ukraine, Russia, Belarus).
shipping costs
All our orders are handled by our shipping partner DHL. We charge shipping costs of €5.00 within Germany, €15.00 within the EU (outside Germany), and €25.00 outside the EU.
For orders over €250, shipping costs within Germany are waived.
All prices include VAT.

We base our delivery times on the information provided by our shipping service provider DHL. Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within Germany, 5-6 business days within the EU, and 7-12 business days outside the EU.
return
Of course, all ordered products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition (including undamaged tags) and unworn. Returns are at your own expense.
In case of a return or exchange, please contact us by email at hallo@saendorn. You will receive a return form or information about a possible exchange.
If the return arrives in the correct condition, we will refund the amount within 7 working days using the same method used to pay for the order.

Other components such as zippers, buttons, labels and packaging materials are manufactured in Germany.
It is our aim to create supply chains that are as local as possible and to keep routes extremely short in order to make an active contribution to people and the environment.
