Payment Methods

You can pay with the most common payment methods; a detailed list can be found at the bottom of the page.

Shipping Costs

For orders within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders over €88. Shipping is handled via DHL (or UPS for non-EU destinations); the costs and delivery times are as follows (incl. statutory VAT):

Germany
DHL Package (2-3 business days): €5.00

Non-EU/Worldwide
UPS Expedited (7-12 business days): €40.00

Due to the current situation, we cannot ship orders to Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.

Returns

All items purchased on saendorn.de can be returned or exchanged at your own expense within 14 days of delivery. Before returning, items must be registered at hallo@saendorn.de. You will then receive a return form, which must be included in the package. Only returned items that are unworn and in their original condition—including undamaged tags—will be accepted.

saendorn reserves the right to reject returned items if they do not meet the aforementioned requirements! If your return is rejected, we will inform you via email.

Discounted Items

As part of our clearance sale, we do not offer voluntary exchanges on reduced items.

The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. Provided the legal requirements for a withdrawal are met, you may withdraw from your purchase within the statutory withdrawal period.

Please refer to our cancellation policy and the terms and deadlines stated therein.

A voluntary exchange, for example for a different size or color, is not possible for discounted items.

Customs

Depending on your location and order, local taxes and duties may apply upon receipt. saendorn cannot assume liability for these. If payment of the incurred fees is refused, the order will be cancelled in its entirety. The associated return shipping costs and customs clearance fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
