Payment Methods

You can pay with the most common payment methods. A detailed list can be found at the bottom of the page.

Shipping Costs

For orders over 80€ within Germany and 120€ within the EU, shipping is free. Shipping is done via DHL (for non-EU via UPS), the costs and delivery times are as follows (incl. statutory VAT):

Germany
DHL Parcel (2-3 business days): 5.00€

European Union
DHL Parcel International (5-6 business days): 15.00€

Non-EU and Worldwide
UPS Expedited (7-12 business days): 40.00€

Due to the current situation, we cannot ship orders to Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.

Returns

All items purchased on saendorn.de can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery at your own expense. Before returning, the items to be returned must be registered at hallo@saendorn.de. You will then receive a return form, which must be enclosed with the package. Only unworn returned items in their original condition - including undamaged tags - will be accepted.

Saendorn reserves the right to reject returned items if they do not meet the above requirements! If your return is rejected, we will inform you by e-mail.

Customs

Depending on the location and order, local taxes and duties may apply upon receipt. Saendorn cannot be held liable for these. If payment of the applicable fees is refused, the order will be completely cancelled. The associated costs of return shipping and customs clearance will be deducted from the refund amount.
