Payment methods

You can pay with the most common payment methods; you can find a detailed list at the bottom of the page.

Shipping costs

For orders over €200, we ship free of charge within Germany. We ship with our shipping partner DHL. The costs and delivery times are as follows (including VAT):

Germany
DHL parcel (2-3 working days): 5.00€

European Union
DHL Parcel International (5-6 working days): 15.00€

Non-EU and Worldwide
DHL Parcel International (7-12 working days): €25.00

Due to the current situation, we cannot ship orders to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.

Return

All items purchased on saendorn.de can be returned or exchanged at your own expense within 14 days of delivery. Before returning the items, the items to be returned must be registered at hallo@saendorn.de
You will then receive a return form, which must be enclosed with your package. Only returned items that are unworn and in their original condition—including undamaged tags—will be accepted.

saendorn reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet the above requirements! If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email.

Customs

Depending on your location and order, local taxes and duties may apply upon receipt. Saendorn cannot accept liability for these. Failure to pay these fees will result in the order being canceled in its entirety. The associated return shipping and customs clearance costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
