What payment methods are available?

How much is shipping?
Due to the significant bureaucratic and financial effort incurred as a result of the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we will henceforth only ship within Germany and will no longer supply other EU countries.
In addition, we continue to supply selected countries outside the EU.
Where do you deliver to?
Our orders from Germany are handled by DHL, international shipments by DHL or UPS - depending on the shipping destination. Within Germany, we charge shipping costs of €5.00; outside Germany, €40.00. All prices include statutory VAT.
How long does shipping take?
Here, we base our estimates on the information provided by our shipping service provider DHL. Typically, shipping within Germany takes 2-3 business days, within the EU 5-6 business days, and outside the EU 7-12 business days.
Can I return or exchange products?
Of course, all ordered products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition (incl. undamaged labels) and unworn. Returns are at your own expense.
In case of a return or exchange, please contact us by e-mail at hallo@saendorn. You will then receive a return form or information about a possible exchange.
If the return arrives at our premises in the appropriate condition, we will refund the amount within 7 working days in the same way the order was previously paid.
Where do you manufacture?
All our products are manufactured in Germany. The exact production facilities can be found in the description text on the respective product pages.
Where do you source your materials from?
Most fabrics are manufactured in Germany and Italy. You can find the exact production sites in the description text on the product pages.
Other components such as zippers, buttons, labels, and packaging materials are produced in Germany.
It is our endeavor to create local supply chains as much as possible and keep transport routes extremely short to make an active contribution to people and the environment.
